Robbie Gotts is no stranger to Elland Road and the Championship.
Last season he appeared on the bench 17 times without ever actually getting on the pitch.
His role in the side has seemingly been to occupy the remaining position on the bench and that has once again been the case in 2019/20.
A right back by trade, the 19-year-old was an unused substitute against Salford and Stoke in the Carabao Cup.
However, will this be the season he finally earns a first-team debut? Only time will tell.

Gotts’ place in the senior side has been rather at the expense of Bryce Hosannah. The 20-year-old, who happens to play in the same position, suffered with injuries last year but it hasn’t got much better for him.
Last week the youngster posted on Twitter an image from Instagram of him having undergone surgery.
It appears as though he’ll be out again, thus providing another platform for Gotts to try and work his way into Marcelo Bielsa’s plans.
Hosannah was one of the players selected in the Leeds squad for their tour of Australia during pre-season but there was no room for Gotts.
This perhaps gave an indication of who was ahead in the pecking order going into the new campaign but if that was the case, it’s quickly been undone.

The Whites may now be out of the League Cup but with Luke Ayling still not back from his own fitness issues, Gotts is one of the players that could fill in for Stuart Dallas if required.
The teenager was named Academy Scholar of the Year in 2017/18 but still hasn’t been given a chance in the first team to show what he can do.
Taking advantage of Hosannah’s issues last term, he was a regular on the bench but now he’s been given a chance to take up the same role.
Bielsa has already given minutes to young players like Alfie McCalmont, Mateusz Bogusz and Leif Davis this year which certainly shows he isn’t shy to provide opportunities.
Of the players coming through, Gotts now seems like one of the most likely to stake a claim.
