da brwin: 30-May-2001The next edition of the Asia Cup will be held in Pakistan next yearthough the specific month will be decided after ascertaining theinternational calendar of the participating countries."Pakistan will host the next Asia Cup but the fixtures will beannounced later", Jagmohan Dalmiya, chairman of the Asian CricketFoundation (ACF), which implements the Asian Cricket Council’sprogrammes, told a press conference in Kolkata on Wednesday.Releasing the ACC’s fixtures for senior and junior tournaments,Dalmiya said that the fixtures were finalised after discussions withthe representatives of all the four Test playing nations at the recentLahore conclave.Dalmiya said that the second edition of the Asian Test Championshipwould be held during the period September to February 2002 withDhaka’s national stadium again hosting the final.Dalmiya also released the fixtures of the ACC’s under-19, under-17 andunder-15 tournaments. The ACC has decided to hold at least two juniortournaments every year.Singapore has been selected as the venue for the ACC Trophy in theyear 2002 while either Malaysia or Hong Kong will host the ACC trophytournament in the year 2004.The following is the schedule for junior tournaments :

2002 U-15 Asia Cup (UAE);
2002 ACC Trophy (Singapore);
2003 U-17 Asia Cup (India);
